Bro. Kiki Briggs yielded to the Lord early August 1979 after he had had a rough teenage life. The rough life ended with this encounter, then began the journey on a sound and serious discipleship that has kept him stable and focused in the faith since then, to the glory of God. He consequently has a great passion to disciple others.

In the Anglican Church, he has held many significant positions in Nigeria, his country of birth. Among them was bishop’s nominee to the Synod of his Diocese; Facilitator cum Editor of the Bible studies of the entire Anglican Church in Nigeria; Sunday school consultant to some dioceses till date; and leadership developer in some dioceses in Nigeria.

Bro. Briggs was a High School teacher for many years and rose to become a college Principal and later, a Supervisor of Schools. He voluntarily left that to serve his God full-time as a missionary in Scripture Union Nigeria. Scripture Union is an international and interdenominational Christian ministry with focus on children, teenagers, and youths. This twenty years service exposed him to multifarious training that made him a Youth Expert and adults’ discipler. He retired as Head of Missions and Bible Engagement.

He has been a member of the Anglican Church of the Messiah, Edmonton where he assists in church ministry. In addition, he has been saddled with the responsibility of taking the Follow-up studies of the church; he is a youth worker/counselor.

Bro. Briggs has a degree in Mathematics and Educational Management and went on to do a Masters in Higher Educational Administration before going for theological education. He is currently a New Testament scholar and Church Administration Specialist from the Church of Nigeria’s highest theological institution in Abeokuta, Nigeria.

He is a grandfather, with two sons that are heartily involved in their churches. Beside this, he is a spiritual father to over a hundred children across some continents, who are being nursed on the Kiki Briggs Larger Family Platform. He runs a discipleship program tagged Glowmandate and a youth leadership sensitization program on YouTube (ylc glowmandate).

He is a Management and Business Consultant with the acumen for writing business proposals, developing diverse organisations and enhancing their fortunes. He has also written well over ten books many of which have relevance for youths.
